Recently, the European Journal of Epidemiology published a comprehensive meta-analysis, reporting data on over 850,000 individuals, indicating that, "An increase in tea consumption by three cups per day was associated with a reduced risk of coronary heart disease, cardiac death, stroke, total mortality, cerebral infarction and intracerebral hemorrhage." The analysis sheds light on a growing body of research that suggests regular tea drinking my improve your health in a multitude of ways - and even increase your life span.
At Tea Drift, we would love to be a part of your improved health and longevity. So we'd like to introduce the 3 Cup a Day Challenge. Beginning the moment you read this post, drop everything and put the kettle on. Get ready for the first day of the rest of your healthier life! Today - do your best to consume three cups of tea. Any true tea will do (green, black, white, red or oolong). Just drink your three cups today and every day for one month.
Although you certainly can, you don't have to drink your three cups all at once. It may help to have a cup of tea with each of your three meals. Or maybe two cups in the morning and one at lunch. However you drink it - know that each sip you take may be greatly benefitting your body.
